Been reading some posts about there is a lot of tension between coach Rhule and our new AD! Has anyone heard this? Heard it is causing a lot of strife within our program. Wonder if he forces Rhule to make some changes? Maybe a good thing!

I don't know. It didn't work well with Eichorst and Riley. But Dannen came from a program that got all the way to championship game and he seems to be all about the bottom line.
Where are you reading this?
On Facebook? So it has to be true LOL! I am on so many husker sites that I can't keep them straight! Just wondering if anyone else has seen anything. I know this is a rumor thread so that is why I asked

I am always suspect of crap like that popping up on the internet. If Rhule & Dannen are already at each others throats, I’d be surprised.
I’m guessing it’s just more noise from folks who either want to pretend they’re connected, folks who’re pushing an agenda, or sock posters wanting to drive a wedge between Nebraska and their recruits, piling on to the loss in Bloomington.
I know a couple of folks with decent connections to the program and will ask about it. Until I hear it from someone with a proven track record, I’ll remain skeptical.

Are you sure it wasn't coming from a few idiots here? I believe one suggested Dannen was pulling him into the office for a scolding after last week.
There isn't an AD who has any intent on keeping a HC who would create tension in a manner you are suggesting, and Rhule and Dannen have a longstanding relationship.
Either take the time to review the mental deficiency of those fine folks you are reading on Facebook, by looking over all of their recent comments, or spend less time wallowing in cesspool of the Meta world.
