Yeah thinking that’s not a bad plan. I haven’t cooked catfish in a long time, I find them a little “mushy”. Here’s hoping you have a good walleye year@Nostradumbass, probably have two batches of that beautiful tasting butter oil
Maybe @BigRedMax will catch some bass again in Minnesota
If we don't have to open our flood gates I should do pretty good, but it's not looking good. I'll have them trimmed into 1" square nuggets.

When @ksuhusker trims them into 1” cubes, breads and fries them, they will firm up. You will be amazed.
