I've decided to enter my first BBQ competition. It's just a small event held in my wife's home town in central Nebraska, but it comes with some unique challenges. Not only do we have to cook for judges, but we have to make a large volume of food to help feed the street dance that occurs in the evening. Regardless of the odd format, it's a good opportunity to get some unbiased, honest opinions about my food.
We need to come up with a unique team name, and I thought I'd throw it out here for some ideas. As much as I can't stand some of you (Red Dead Redemption, I'm looking at you), you can be pretty clever at times.
