What do you mean urinals.
Thought they are hand washing stations
And others won’t donate a red cent, but will bitch about the renovation online.People need to understand that…
Some will donate to strictly brick and mortar projects. Others will only donate for player acquisition.
While others will/would consider donating to both.
Can you imagine how challenging it must be for athletic departments across the country trying to raise funds in 2026?!!

As has been pointed out in this thread, there hasn't been anything done in 13 years so not sure what your point is. Regarding the obstructed views, that's exactly what will get fixed with the teardown of the west lower bowl. I've been saying this for years on here, this is exactly what needs to happen. Simply slapping chairbacks in that old bowl doesn't work and makes things cramped, tear it out and rebuilding allows for modern dimensions and will get rid of the crappy obstructed view seats. Tearing down and rebuilding south stadium will make that quarter of the stadium modern and comfortable, and drive more revenue. My only hope is, once that's complete they come back in 5-10 years and do the same to the east lower bowl and north stadium. That would essentially be a new, modern stadium, yet familiar enough. It seems they renovate Memorial Stadium almost every year. More seating is always the goal. How much money has been spent on that facility just in the last decade? Personally I am not going back until they build a new stadium. The last two games I attended I bought the tickets online and got view obstructed seats. That is something you'd expect from the fifties or sixties and I don't think that has been fixed. Also the idiotic music (I hesitate to call it that) they play, way too loud, between plays is not necessary and detracts from the experience. Music should come from the marching band. Memorial Stadium has a great history but it is time to let it go, look ahead to the future, and build a modern fan friendly Stadium.
The Terror Dome will be the envy of the B1G and be a boon to recruiting. High level donors will pay PSL fees/donations and large events will rake in billions over time. We have had major events from concerts to Monster trucks with 70k plus fans at Mercedes Benz in Atlanta. Where there is no vision the people perish.Time to build the Premier college venue in the nation - The (SPONSOR) Husker Dome. Sell naming rights, bonds, 3 year sales tax, donors. Bring in all the big name concerts from Garth to Taylor. Welcome to the Terror Dome!

A twisted version of the Corn Palace just came to mind...Never enough grain storage.
Fill up the stadium with corn during the off season.
Or not

you know i was thinking the same thing, with the new york price gouging the world cup, if we had a stadium like this, we could steal an event....I love the idea of concerts just not Garth Brooks or Taylor Swift and make the Field wide enough dimensions to fit a
