Stadium renovation

It seems they renovate Memorial Stadium almost every year. More seating is always the goal. How much money has been spent on that facility just in the last decade? Personally I am not going back until they build a new stadium. The last two games I attended I bought the tickets online and got view obstructed seats. That is something you'd expect from the fifties or sixties and I don't think that has been fixed. Also the idiotic music (I hesitate to call it that) they play, way too loud, between plays is not necessary and detracts from the experience. Music should come from the marching band. Memorial Stadium has a great history but it is time to let it go, look ahead to the future, and build a modern fan friendly Stadium.

I would be interested in seeing the renovations to Memorial Stadium that have occurred in each of the last 10 years…thanks.

So based on your quick AI research…Memorial stadium has not been renovated since 2013. That was also my assumption.

600 Million on renovations and how many millions was spent upgrading all the facilities! We are talking real dollars here! What will be gained from it all! An era of mediocre football! Wouldnt investing in players more be better?

I hope we arent chasing good money with bad!

People need to understand that…

Some will donate to strictly brick and mortar projects. Others will only donate for player acquisition.

While others will/would consider donating to both.

Can you imagine how challenging it must be for athletic departments across the country trying to raise funds in 2026?!!
