Did i miss something during the SMU match! I read article on si.com who usually is pretty accurate that there was contact at the net between both teams! DBK called it out for being very unsportsmanlike! I must have missed it! Is this true?
Had the opportunity to attend this event. Lots of fun. Hard to size the crowd as Jerry world is huge. Hope. They do it again next year
They are young, healthy and talented. We have had to play like that, and we are an elite program. Suck it up, ponies.
As long as they include Nebraska, it is a no brainer. No one in this country comes near Nebraska, following their teams around the country.
SMU related, their coach who has a reputation for bending the rules, was suspended the first two regular season games (right after our exhibition) for “impermissible contact”. Privacy prevented disclosure of the facts, but some speculate she was trying to attract Campbell Flynn.
I see they lost to TCU. Next week it's Texas, Kentucky, and either Houston or Purdue, that should tell us a little more about them this year.
