Spikes Under the Lights

SeatGeek is the primary seller. Lower bowl from $182, nose bleed from $26. Way too expensive to sell many tickets. Hope they get real so the TV doesn’t show a vastly empty stadium.

The problem is that right after the second match in Dallas, the team has to board a plane for Las Vegas, where they will play another match against UNLV 2 days later. Then they have to turn around and play another match against Texas the day after that. That is 4 matches in 4 days. They will definitely have to use their depth to get through that stretch of matches.

They will be fine. They most likely will be on a private jet and it won’t be a long flight from Dallas to Las Vegas. Dani and company will have them prepared for the events/matches. She wouldn’t have scheduled them without taking these factors into consideration.

This is a good test early in the season to prepare them for the rugged Big 10 schedule and the tournaments(s).

I paid $115 per seat for the Club area which is pretty low, but definitely not court side. I bought mine through the University before they were put on Seat Geek. I save a little as a football season ticket holder, but not much as these seats are going on Seat Geek for about $180 right now, but prices will lower as it gets closer to the event. We are about in the middle of the stadium which should be pretty good seats. SMU fans should buy quite a few. Their volleyball program has really improved the last few years.

You should post here after the event and tell us what your experience was like. I am curious how this event will go, and if it has potential for future iterations.
 
I will try to post and let all know how it went. I personally am dreading the parking for this event.
