If Foley isn't fired, Rhule should have to give up half his salary. Pretty sure Sean Snyder is available and would vastly improve things.
How does Foley not have some kind of plan for that late punt? You have to assume they are coming. Don't you have a max protect approach with the punter shortening his steps? Teams do that all the time. "Hey, guys--they're gonna try to block this so we're gonna 2-step punt."
