This is good stuff and goes great with a grilled cheese, just like regular tomato soup. Something to keep in your back pocket when the weather turns cold later on this fall.
Note: don't be a dummy like me. What we call cilantro everyone else calls coriander, or fresh coriander to differentiate from coriander seeds/powder. I didn't make the connection and spent an entire evening hitting every grocery store in Lincoln looking for "fresh coriander" once. Biggest facepalm ever when I realized I could have spent a dollar at the place down the street on a bundle of cilantro.
