Bummer, he was the reason I attended the Husker Luncheon events, he and Sean Callahan took turns hosting. Sean always had a good session cuz the guy knows the recruits and the sleepers better than anyone but Sip always had you in stitches with his aw shucks delivery... he was an entertaining listen, I'll miss that.
It won't quite be the same this fall without Sip around. Best o' luck to him.
He will still be on his radio show, mornings on 93.7 The Ticket. That’s what matters most to me.

I'm not sure if there's any truth to this -- or if it relates to Sipple -- but I've read elsewhere both the LJS and OWH have been having significant layoffs recently.
always an interesting read, he seemingly always tried to be positive, patient and fair. THAT, will be missed
