Cube a bunch of pork roast, throw in some tri color bell peppers, minced garlic to taste, onion, lemon pepper, and a hand full of salted sunflower seed kernels. I threw in some crushed red pepper flake towards the end for some heat. Sweated the veggies after I seared the pork, added a touch of chicken stock to make sure that things werent too dry.
