Wisconsin and Iowa both have been playing VERY complimentary football. Absolutely agree with you that our special teams needs to be solid and not a detriment.
A particularly great example of coaches continuing to give this guy a chance to make it good. That builds confidence in the entire squad

lol I knew you did but was being sarcastic. On a side note, I used to love golfing at the Lone Tree golf club.
It is a fun course. I used to play quite a bit there. Not terribly hard but challenging for sure.

I was definitely proud of our guys this week. They put the past behind and did their jobs. Great week for kicking.
Was super happy for him to get that monkey off his back. All three kicks looked really good, especially the 54 yarder. That kick had enough leg to break the school record. Hopefully things are mostly on track now with the field goal kicking. While we need to score more TDs, having the ability to get points out of the kicking game is massive. There are going to be some games down the stretch we need to win by making a few field goals.
It’s good to be developing someone who can push and compete with Alvano.
Time to move on from Alvano … two years extremely inconsistent kicking and injured. How do you get past that?
