Rutgers Practice (9/18/17)

If you listened to the announcers, particularly Les Miles, on Saturday they were continually pointing out how obvious the play calling was. So how is running the same plays better going to help if the defense knows exactly what you are going to run?

The two linemen confirmed the long-held myth that the Huskers would tell opponents the play before actually running it.

Taylor raised his hand at the question.

“I would,” he said.

Tweeting hate at players. Makes you want to shake your head and weep.

Greatest fans in the world? Come on fans.
It's a safe assumption that the people who are tweeting angrily at college kids over a football game (or anything else for that matter) are probably losers in their own right.

I thought the players wanted followers? So do they or don't they. Or do they only want the good without the bad? I get it people should just leave them alone but once you are out there the dumb people will find you, so be prepared to deal with it.

Do the same, but fewer plays, in a less obvious way?

Perhaps the George Costanza model. Whatever play you were going to call, call the opposite.
