You’re definitely a decent dancer. You just struggle a little matching the beat. Keep practicing though. You’ll get better.

Oh we ran out of cash.Didn't it come from a local sports "journalist"? It isn't just a rumor on a website..
could have sworn a reporter said it, but can't find it now.. see below, though.
So who actually controls how much NIL money is paid to what players? I find it ridiculous that the school supposedly has no direct control of NIL money yet the HC actually controls it? Some practical regulations/rules, etc need to be put into place which will take congress to do. Currently NIL system makes the NFL system look good imo....Damn that AI, it was supposed to get it wrong

Money is Still Stopping Nebraska from Adding Transfer Running Backs
Nebraska football still doesn't have enough money. This has been an issue for the Huskers in the NIL era, and it continues into the revenue-sharing era as well.www.si.com
Pay back their earnings? Have you ever left a job and gave the money you earned there back?I'm not going to give my money to some kid who won't take advantage of his scholarship and who will bolt next year. I want to see more rules about the penalties for leaving, particularly when they are getting scholarships (and most college students dont). If they leave early with several million dollars they should be contractually forced to pay the scholarship money back, maybe even toward a non athletic scholarship fund.
Why shut down a thread in the off season? If any posters are tired of it…..then don’t revisit it.This thread might be titled Rhule ran out of cash but this thread has outlived its life.
Might I suggest it is time to shut it down.

ESPN
[Damon Wilson II] transferred...to Missouri, where he was the team's leader in sacks during the 2025 season, weeks after signing a term sheet for a 14-month name, image and likeness contract with Georgia's booster collective. He collected $30,000 in an initial payment for what was a $500,000 deal before leaving the Bulldogs. Georgia filed a lawsuit last month claiming that Wilson owed the athletic department $390,000 in liquidated damages for leaving the team.
A little bit different. They aren’t asking for what he received while there. They are going after damages they think they are getting going forward. Not a good look for the University trying to profit off a broken contract with a college football player. Plus I think it would be difficult to prove damages because you don’t know how the impact difference would be with him playing or someone else.Well, they're trying, and I can't fault them.
AI= Almost IntelligentYep…believe everything AI states as 100% factual…lol!!!
Scholarships are different than payment for labor. They are gifted to students who the university hopes will be a good ambassador for the school, who the University hopes will make the University proud with the knowledge they take into the real world and the legacy they leave over a professional career. More simply put, to students they hope will display their diploma on their office wall. If your view was accurate then labor laws and hiring practices in terms of discrimination would have to be followed. The football team would be forced to hire women to play on Saturday for example.Pay back their earnings? Have you ever left a job and gave the money you earned there back?
I have no idea what your point is. Are you trying to say. We aren’t talking about hiring practices. We are talking about reimbursing businesses for your prior services if you decide to move on. Are you trying to tell me you support reimbursing your employee for your last year of employment if you decide to leave?Scholarships are different than payment for labor.
