Of taking guys with big hearts who love football and training them as coaches. That being said. Might we see Coach Rahmir?
I'd prefer Rhule help him catch on somewhere as a grad assistant, or analyst ... gain some experience that way and bring him back after a year or two!Of taking guys with big hearts who love football and training them as coaches. That being said. Might we see Coach Rahmir?
You do realize we have unlimited. Coaches now. Bring him in as a assistant rb coach. Maybe 80k.I like Rahmir. It would be great if something like that eventually worked out. If he's interested in coaching I expect Rhule will help him catch on somewhere.
Near term, however, every hiring decision needs to come down to who can help us win more as fast as we can.
Maybe he wants to move on.I love RJ as much as anyone, but why do some assume he can be a great coach?
I do not know who the some other me would be. I do not assume anything. I just think his dedication and love of the game would make him a great coach.I love RJ as much as anyone, but why do some assume he can be a great coach?
In today's game thise are both very important skills. It is a very public position. So public relations is very important.advertising and public relations major doesn't scream football coach. but life can take you in directions you never thought. whatever his path is, i hope he leads a happy and full life. Maybe which is why the OP was a question. Might we see?Maybe he wants to move on.

I think all most people on this post are saying, is that he seems to have great character and if you watch his career...........he was one of those guys that never missed a block in pass pro. Always worked hard and never gave up. Respected by his peers.I love RJ as much as anyone, but why do some assume he can be a great coach?
Maybe in 6-7 yearsOf taking guys with big hearts who love football and training them as coaches. That being said. Might we see Coach Rahmir?
