What do you like to cook up for red meat? And how do you like to do it?
I'm needing to try something new.
Speaking of dry aging meat. Can that be done at home? I've never tried it.
Ribeyes are, IMO, so far above the other cuts of steak that it's not really a competition.
I also like, on occasion, creatively prepared short ribs. And, a few times a year, lamb really hits the spot.
