He currently is the publisher of HuskerOnline.com, which is a part of the Rivals.com network. He's worked with Rivals since 2000 and HuskerOnline since 2002. In addition he reports for KETV Channel 7 (ABC) in Omaha (2011-present), along with Big Red Radio 1110 KFAB in Omaha (2007-present). Callahan also serves as a sideline reporter for NET and a recruiting analyst for their weekly Husker show Big Red Wrap-Up (2004-present). He's also worked at 1620 the Zone Radio in Omaha (2000-2007), WOWT TV in Omaha (2005-2010) and KM3 TV in Omaha (2004). A two-time Nebraska sportswriter of the year, Callahan grew up in Omaha and is a graduate of Daniel J. Gross Catholic High School (1999) and the University of Nebraska-Lincoln (2003).
