Not wishing to cause trouble. It should be pointed out that the video clip posted by Sofa King earlier did not report that San Diego State, San Jose State, or Fresno State had cancelled Football or any other sports as yet. What was reported is that Division 2 schools in the Cal State system have cancelled all fall sports. The majority of Cal State schools fall into this category.

Your good

Lot of the Cal State schools are 1AA (ie Sacramento State)

For the record there are no D-2 schools California except Humbodlt State in the state University system

A few of the UC Schools (ie UC Davis) compete at the 1AA level
 
Things will get interesting as we move closer to the fall. Several west coast states seem to be moving that direction. Hopefully that changes.

Wondering if the California situation with smaller schools is financially motivated given the circumstances.

Very true.There very well might not be a fb season this year for anyone.GBR.
 
Wyoming now has an open date 10/17 where they would have played San Diego State.

We have an open date that week already.

Since it is likely we will lose the CMU, Rutgers, Illinois and Northwestern games due to those states Governors still keeping them in lockdown, I bet AD Moos is already exploring the possibility of adding the Cowboys to our schedule. :)
