QB William "Pop" Watson Flips To VA Tech


If the coaches, with all of their experience, think that this kid is a better prospect than Zane Flores, I'll take their word for it.
Because what do I know? I'm just a fan.
Seems like a smart kid who's ready to be a Power5 QB.
 



Never really paid much attention to Pop, which is surprising. Just watch some of his videos and "Wow". Kid has an arm, from touch throws to throws with serious zip. His speed is also very impressive, great addition IMO.
 







Chances are very good that Whipple won't be coaching at Nebraska next year. Is Watson really solid to Nebraska regardless of whether or not Whipple is here?

I would think it is doubtful. I think the new coach brings someone with him or hits the portal for a QB or two.
