Just to clarify…has he had a setback?
I really don't know. His grandparents were supposed to come to my son's game tonight, but I got a text that said they may not make it and to pray.
Got details....Jonathan is on his way back to Omaha as he woke up this morning and couldn't walk again.
Update on Jonathan: He is going to have an IVIG treatment ane maybe more high dose steroids. He may only be in Omaha a couple days. If insurance would have approved this treatment initially, this wouldn’t have happened. Jonathan is so happy that he doesn’t have to get the port in and do plasma treatment.
The hospital is talking to the insurance company and telling them he has to have this treatment for the next 6 to 9 months. The insurance company has denied this treatment, so pray for divine favor with the insurance company.

Another update on Jonathan: The doctor wants to do more high dose steroid treatments, so they will be in Omaha until Friday possibly. The insurance is so complicated that Jonathan can’t do the steroid treatment in North Platte at this time.
He is getting five steroid treatments this week, and they are hoping he can start IVIG plasma treatments in North Platte in two weeks.
He is walking pretty well and in no pain, but there is a tingly sensation in his lower back and legs which is caused by inflammation in his nerves. The steroids reduce that inflammation.

Update on Jonathan:
The insurance company approved the IVIG (intravenous immunoglobulin) treatment that he needs for the next 6 to 9 months. They are praying that the treatment will normalize his compromised immune system.

Jonathon is the 8th bead in my first decade of the rosary daily. All glory to God.
He is part of my daily prayers on my drive to work.
Has Jonathan started the new treatments yet?
From the latest I was told, he has and things are holding steady at this point.
Prayers continue.
Believe me, I know the anguish they are going through. Thoughts and prayers, All N. I will light a candle for him at my Church. He is in God's hands. Take care.
