It is a good idea but I'd be shocked if it got anywhere near half full.

Not a bad idea and I’d be willing to bet they get 30,000 to 40,000 which would be $750k to $1M.
I bet there will be player engagement and fan friendly opportunities.
Agree. $600000 potentially. Thats $5000 a player at a 120 player limit.

It is raising money across all sports, not just football. Your $600000 estimate, for 600 plus athletes would be $1000 each. It is still a pretty good deal. I plan to go Aug 3 and I would also go again toward the end of fall camp, if that is possible. I also hope that they will have limited concessions available.

Sounds about right, but it frees up private money donations in their balancing act of where they spend it.
The athletic department will have expenses running the event/practice so that will take a bit out of it. It will still be a great opportunity for fans to watch a practice.
Yea, a lot of people outside of retail and marketing have a hard time with inventory and operating expense, they think every 5 dollar Runza puts a Lincoln in the till, when in actuality it's closer to a Washington after expenses.... workers get paid.
I 'd go toward the end of camp too but I wonder if they'll decide not to show those for fear what they show then would be more useful to opponents.
I know you and I are trustworthy but it's all the other yahoos I'm worried about.
Thats why I took it down to $600000. Still a decent haul and a great builder of programs.
