Playoff schedule announced: NU in Lincoln first , then Omaha Regional





The Huskers body of work must have impressed the selection committee. I didn't expect the #4 overall seed after their late season slide. Actually it's a favorable bracket for NU. If they can get out of Lincoln, they go to Omaha for the second round. They play well at the Link. Wouldn't surprise me to see 10K Huskers fans show up for those matches.
 




A positive surprise based on the whole season and victories won. Now the Huskers have to pull it together and show that they deserved it.

Yeah, I don't feel that they have played to their potential the last few weeks. Hopefully, they will put it all together in the tournament.
 
Agree with all of you. VERY favorable tourney slot (finally!) as the girls will be in Lincoln and then Omaha if they continue to win. No other B1G teams in our region, which should be helpful from a fatigue/scouting side. And Oregon/Washington are eminently beatable -- especially in Omaha.

It is nice to see we received the #4 seed anda decent bracket. It will not be easy, but the ladies can win it all. I hope they do.
