That is some pamphlet that has the readings for Mass that our church gives out for Lent. I don't know who the gal is.

I haven't had a sandwich yet, but I have just thrown a little mustard on a slice and ate it that way; it was incredible. I"m definitely going to do the 30 days from now on when I make them.

Steamed for 45 minutes. Havarti cheese, rye bread, dijon mustard. Turned out great.
