We're hitting every time slot possible in the first 3 weeks. 7 PM for Fresno State, 11 AM for Wyoming, then 2:30 for Oregon.

Too bad that the schedules worked out with so many big games being on week 3, not allowing a primetime spot for the Oregon game.. You would think someone could've spread them out so we wouldn't get filler weeks in the beginning of the season. They're making people pick games to watch and miss the other ones at the same time.

This is my thinking on this... 230 slot is excellent... even going up against Bama / Ole Miss...

If we dominate Oregon we will get lots of talk during the big prime time telecasts... Sometimes the big night game loses out in the news cycle to the next days NFL... But the afternoon slot gets a nice 12 hours of analysis. Its a big chance for us to make a statement that Nebraska football might be back.

Agree. I sure hope we hit them in the mouth over and over. It seems that physical teams are the ones that always beat the ducks.
 
Its tough to beat the recruiting atmosphere of a night game, but it gives the coaches time to spend recruiting after the game. Eat with the recruits and their families while enjoying the afterglow

Or that is when the coaches tell the recruits how their talent could be the key of bringing Neb back to the glory years. The team is growing and the train is about to leave the station ...sure would be cool that you were a part of it
