I saw a teaser article that brought up Missouri where his QB is (Mahomes' as well).

Saw that where they said he'd be closer to his QB coach. I suppose Columbia is an hour shorter drive than Lincoln, but can't say it's that much shorter.

I saw one yesterday that claimed DR had been putting out feelers to other teams so NU told him to leave, which was why NU could now fire his uncle.

Social media sports sites can be a cesspool of misinformation. Of course that wouldn't include the rumors section here ;)

I agree with your entire post. But to the bolded, my contention is that Dylan doesn't deserve the $3.5mm he's making a year right now based on his play. To ask for more while being a top 10 paid QB already is insanity...and greedy, which isn't exactly surprising knowing who is dad is. I'd let him walk and pay three big uglies that money and roll the dice with TJ. We would be a better team overall.

Again, I was giving possible examples of what the family may be thinking. This is a far cry from what the family actually thinks or what is actually going on with DR, if anything. To reiterate my main point of that old post, silence is sometimes just silence.

100% This insane hatred and piling on by some of our fans is disgusting. Kid is a gamer. He tried going back into the game with a broken femur. I've never heard anything negative in terms of character or work ethic, or anything similar. I hope he comes back, wins the Heisman, and takes us to the playoffs.

Broken fibula, not femur. He would not have been able to stand with a broken femur. But agree, he is a gamer who wanted back in the game with an injured leg.
