dont give the b1g commisioner any ideas. if that happened there would be an immediate reshuffle of conf schedules to ensure neb always played OSU.....

OSU fired John Cooper for not winning the BIG title and not beating Mich enough. He had a good record, maybe not as good as Day's but that school will definitely let a coach walk who can't beat Michigan no matter his record. I still think Day resigns whenever their season ends.

or takes a Head Coaching job in the NFL as a fall back and doesn't have to admit failure to win the big one vs UM every year

Cooper was 111-43, over 13 seasons, far away from Day’s 66-10. I hope they do fire Day, it would be the dumbest thing they ever did.
