No he is just out recruiting for the position he took over at the end of the season

He can & is recruiting because of the staff shortages.
I think I read they want him for field goals and not punter. Definitely need one!
What position? Busch is a defensive analyst and the 4 that replaced the fired coaches were all offensive analysts.

He was given permission by the NCAA to recruit until the new staff was hired
He has before, even at NU but he's a defensive analyst now. He could help with ST's though. I don't know.

No they got disposition for him after the Iowa game
Note that he also referred to "Coach Mossbrucker" in the tweet. As others said, nothing to read into here regarding Busch joining the "on field" coaching staff.
