Oat Cakes

New recipe so bear with me.

Cook a serving of quick oats, just a little dry so they are malleable.
Crumble in extra sharp cheddar cheese, spicy sausage (cooked), some onion, paprika, cayenne, and some chopped jalapeno. Then form into patties that are about 3/8 inch thick. Heat up some butter to searing speed and drop the patties in. Sear on one side, flip. Sear on other side, and put on plate.

Salt and pepper. Devour. Be warned, they will expand in your gut. Oofduh it was a good 1 person dinner.
