Just saw on Flo Wrestling that 2018 NCAA champion at 133 Seth Gross' name was spotted in the NCAA transfer portal. He sat out for this season due to a back injury. We could use him at Nebraska.

Good showing so far for Nebraska wrestling in the B1G championships.

:( Disappointing finish for the NU wrestling. Not able to finish out. Seems to be a trend but shouldn't be with the quality of recruits/wrestlers we have!

141: Red [So] lost [second]
157: Berger [Sr] lost [second]
165: White [Jr] won [Fifth]
174: Labriola [RFr] lost [fourth]
184: Venz [So] lost [fourth]
197: shultz [So] lost [fourth]
285: Jennings [Jr] Injury forfeit [sixth]

Interesting note: NUs head coach wasn't sitting mat-side for any of these matches!

Promising note: Three Sophomores, one Red Shirt Freshman, two Juniors. So, should be back next year with more promising results.......

Team NU finished fifth.
Team Scores (Points):
1. Penn State (157)
2. Ohio State (122.5)
3. Iowa (107.5)
4. Minnesota (101.5)
5. Nebraska (96.5)

If Berger and Red had won their matches that would have given us 8 more points and into 4th for Team [104] score. If each of the other wrestlers in the consolation rounds had won that would have added 5 more points [109] and a third place finish.
