Penn State would beat Ohio if they played again. Too much emotion in the first game of the season. And they truly choked (kicker) against Virginia. They aren't that far from being undefeated. Penn State is better than Wisconsin. I fully expect the Nittany Lions to come to Lincoln and give our team one heckuva battle.
I don't think they are as good as last year's team.
