I see a young but talented team coached by a young but talented staff that needs time to mature and grow. Part of that maturation process is learning how to win. I also think the team still has some holes in the roster that only a couple seasons of recruiting can fix. People just need to be patient. Getting to this point as a football program didn't happen over night and neither will fixing it.
