11AM CST kickoff in Lincoln.

While it's very much winter in Lincoln for the next few days (geez -- could drop to zero Monday night/Tuesday morning), conditions will be improving late in the week. And yes, temperatures will moderate. In fact, as of now, the game day weather looks pretty darn pleasant for mid-November in Nebraska!

Look for temperatures in the 30s at daybreak on Saturday. 40s at kickoff. High temperature on Saturday will range somewhere between the upper-40s and middle-50s -- all depending on how much the sun appears. Either way, not at all cold. And after what those of you living in Nebraska will be experiencing over the first half of this week, Saturday will feel downright balmy.

I'm not seeing a precipitation chance. Slight chance Saturday night into Sunday -- but for now, Saturday morning/afternoon looks dry.

Maybe at 10-15 MPH type of wind -- but it doesn't appear that wind will be a factor.

In other words, the game against the Stinkin' Badgers should be played minus any significant weather factors.

I'll update in a few days, just to make sure this forecast remains on track.

LOL, not at all cold. It depends on what the meaning of the word "cold" is.

Still on-track for a very nice day in Lincoln for the Wisconsin game. Well, at least the weather part. :)

Not seeing a precipitation chance for Saturday.

Pregame: Mid-30s at daybreak. Partly cloudy to mostly sunny skies. Temperatures will rise into the 40s between 9 and 10AM.

Kickoff (11AM CST): Partly cloudy skies. 49 degrees. Wind 10-16 MPH.

Halftime: Partly cloudy skies. 52 degrees. Wind 10-18 MPH.

4th Quarter: Partly cloudy skies. 54 degrees. Wind 10-18 MPH.

Postgame: Go home! (50s dropping to 40s -- not bad -- so you don't really have to go home.)

Pal are you sure you are forecasting degrees and not Wisconsin's point total? ;)
