A heavy dose of Logan Smothers running all over the place. Get the ground game going. Pop them with the pass. Pick the spots. (Don’t really think Whipple has a brain for it, but maybe he will surprise us all). Defensively, man up, and 8-9 man fronts. Have to ‘limit’ the run., it’s a must. Lots of blitz packages, pressure. You can’t just sit back. Make them beat you. Don’t make it easy.

Minny is 2nd in total rushing yds in the BIG. If Huskers can't limit Ibrahim we are in for a very long afternoon. He already has almost a 1000 yds in 8 games! However they are 8th in the BIG in passing with 8 TDS and 8 INTS. Not good in the passing game. Unfortunately we always seem to turn so so passers into a young Josh Allen.

I really think that is the formula for a win today. D HAS to show up and shore up.
