Maybe the point he was trying to make was that if he had spiked the ball, the lineman missing his block would have been irrelevant.

But you couldn't see that perspective, nor would you have even wanted to discuss it if you could, because you were more obsessed with taking a petty shot at him with a literal interpretation of "100%"
