Wow, from the Godfather himself!
Here is his statement from his facebook page.

What I find different about this behavior is that the people harassing the server are not seated but moving up and down the baseline. That would not be allowed in many arenas. I saw many funny things by students, including signs, hot tubs, spam sandwiches, swimmers undressing, but nothing quite like this. One other observation: The better the opponent the less desperate the heckling. I do not recall anything like this at Texas, Stanford, Penn State, Pacific, Florida, UCLA, USC, Hawaii, Purdue, Illinois, etc. I've seen students heckle outfielders in baseball but they are dozens of yards away. This would be the equivalent of someone standing behind someone shooting a free throw and, shouting in their ear. In my opinion it doesn't reflect well on the University or the coaching staff. Sit in your seat and yell all you want. But don't physically approach a player.

Other teams do it all the time! I never saw our students or fans do it. Disgusting to see this, also. :(
Probably a cpl of dumb freshmen! Now, they will have to cope with this however long it takes to go away. Hopefully, they were openly chastised for this!

Amen! Thanks for this, Nehunter88! :)

Over the years, I have noticed, our players do NOT pay attention to this garbage. Just do NOT touch a player, for sure! Should be tossed on the spot.

Not sure how close I have seen someone from the stands, but I am thinking I may have seen someone so close, that it was scary.

Do you remember anything like that?
