Neb host Indy - Sun - 11 am ctrl - 5/12/24 - Haymarket Park - Game 3 of 3 (On TV- Big Ten Network)

Turns out my recording of the game didn't start until an hour later, even though it was scheduled to start at 10! It never picked up until 11 my time. So I missed almost four innings of the beginning.

Did anyone else with Dish experience the same thing?
Could that really happen, because the game was moved up from a different start time?

This game will not be rebroadcasted. Does somebody have a copy?

I watched in real time on Dish. The guide did not reflect the new start time. Even though the game started on time at 11 AM cent on B1G the guide still showed Softball until 12 and the Baseball starting then at the start of the game at 11. Unless you manually changed your timer you got what was on the guide.

This is not uncommon when the game start times change with not a lot of advanced notice. Not just on B1G or just the Huskers

I was afraid of that!! Too bad they can't do it on their side! Ugh!

What hurt more? Even though the Illinois game was shown after us, and then in the early a.m., they also showed the Illinois game on Big Plus Encore later on this a.m.! They do this all the time, repeating one team three times, ignoring a one-time-only showing of the "other" game, which was on before the other at the original showing. B10 has no idea what people really want repeated. They will repeat "stuff" that is hardly watched!

BTW, I also watched In real time, so I did not realize the recording did not begin. Oh, well!

In any case, thanks for the info. :)

IT's not really Dish NEt either. They get their guide data from a third party and that is where the updates need to be made

You know, I got to thinking: I looked at the grid and it showed 10 am for the start, which is Mtn time for me. And, yet, I still missed the 1st hour! Strange! Hoping, they show it tomorrow. May be the last chance. This a.m., Encore showed PSU and Rutgers! Really? ;) Never give up, I say!!

If you know someone who dvd'd the game, I sure would appreciate a copy. I will pay a reasonable price, of course. :) Take care, Nebugeater.

Anybody else reading this, if you can get me a copy, send me a message. Thank you!

The final two games of this weekend’s baseball series at Michigan State have been picked up by the Big Ten Network.

Friday’s game

Please take note, and/or go now and program your dvr for Friday and Saturday! :)

If I read correctly, Michigan beat Purdue.

Iowa up 2-0 bottom 2nd.

Brecht pitched yesterday. Illinois seems loaded offensively.
They have a lot of hr power!! At the time of the Sunday game, I believe they had 96 hrs. Five of the players had about 63 or so hrs amongst them. Could be a cpl more, but you get the idea.

Don't now of a copy. Often I record even when watching but didn't for this one. Will check with a couple of people I know who are not on here who might have recorded

Thanks. I think this a.m. was the last chance I had to acquire a repeat of the game. Turns out, it was the OSU vs NW game from the 11th. Oh well! I am sure everyone was overjoyed to see that repeat!! ;) Again, thanks. :)
