NCAA Regionals

No Iowa in the NCAA Tournament despite finishing third in the conference and making it to the semis of the Big Ten Tournament. Interesting that USC made it despite finishing lower than Iowa in the Big Ten and not making it as far as Iowa in the Big Ten Tournament. I guess the committee deemed USC's overall resume superior.
Iowa's RPI was 78 and SOS was 93.

We played Oklahoma a year ago…lost a one run thriller…..after some research….good team, but they are entirely beatable.

Holy Cross is a sneaky team….but we should beat them.

North Carolina on their home field will be a tough nut to crack.

But I said both Oregon and UCLA would be tough nuts to crack and we basically humbled both of those teams.

Everything depends on what Husker team shows up….most of the regular season Huskers…. or the Tournament Team Huskers.

Baseball is so unpredictable and crazy….all of a sudden pitchers get sharp and kids are “seeing” the ball….and good things happen.

GBR!

There was talk all last week in the tournament articles that short of winning, Iowa could be on the bubble due to their RPI.
