Well Fellas, I identified a void on the board, and decided somebody internally here on HM needed to step up and rank ALL 2024 recruits (kickers included). So here you have it. Native's list. I am open to feedback and opinions and if you give me a good argument I will update my list. Expect RR to give this a sticky shortly.

I'm a little surprised that Clark and Smith were ranked that high. I would love to see them succeed, but I feel like they are development projects as opposed to 9-11.
