Nate played very well for the Aggies and was probably the best TE we fielded in his time here. And yes LL is pretty good, too. But Boerkircher was a very strong blocker and proved a capable receiver.

I suspect the reason he is considered a stretch is because his greatest strength is his blocking. He might not be Brock Bowers but if he lives up to his promise he will definitely be in the Jags TE rotation!

This is Rhule's fourth year coming up, so his initial recruits will be coming up as full four year players. The results on the field are what matter for the program but it we don't start putting more 1st and 2nd rounders out of this program it stands to reason we're not going to compete at the highest levels of the Big Ten. We need the talent to do that. Indiana isn't doing it on coaching alone. They're putting guys in the NFL now. Nebraska probably has the fewest guys in the NFL now that they've ever had.
 
It looks like 5 RBs have been taken midway through round 4. EJ is listed as the #2 “best available” RB not yet selected.
 
@N2FL do you think EJ at this point was better off staying in college another year? I mean I know it’s a hindsight question but would the NIL opportunities outweigh the income potential on a rookie contract?

That is telling considering that each year we tend to have recruiting classes and portal classes that are ranked quite high.
 
Singleton is one of the top safeties left available on the board with 1.5 rounds remaining.
