Yes.

Further proof of how rotten Northern Illinois has become (which emphasizes my point regarding the spread).

NIU was 3-9 last season.

While they did go 9-5 in 2021, that's the anomaly under their current head coach (who went 0-6 in 2020 and 5-7 in 2019). You have to go back to the 90s for the last stretch of football this poor for Northern Illinois.

And the bluffs were 20+point under against TCU as well,when diving in you find only three times were they 20+point winners during their to the championship year last year.
Which really speaks to that low number. Just as no one knew how good TCU would be losing their qb and D lineman, no one had a clue if the bluffs would be good at all.
They, like us have no idea how good we are.
We will find out this week

Just a hunch, but wouldn’t Sims know the extent of his own injury? Or is your conspiracy that he also wants Haaberg to start? Who all would be in on this hoax? Good lord.
