What are you using to smoke with? Are you using a grill? If so, charcoal or gas?

I used a grill last weekend for chicken wings. The pouch worked well with hickory chips. I just laid it on the grill above the coals and it provided allot of smoke.

My son gave me the 6" tube for Fathers Day. Works great on my gas grill!
