Has anyone thought of Moglia? Excellent organizational skills, some solid experience and knowledge combined with humility and a willingness to learn. Plus I bet you he'd work for peanuts. The low salary would ultimately allow us to pay the crap out of a staff. Imagine a pair of $1.5m coordinators, with a coach who trusts them and keeps them organized and motivated?

I think if's a unique combo that could work.

Not really, I mean think Bowden or Mack Brown with humility, intensity, and energy. Throw in organizational skills and the vision it takes to run a large corporation and you may have a winner.

In another thread I suggested that Moglia might me a good interim combined with Frost at OC to transition Scott in.

Unless Bo will cooperate on a transition out (doubtful).
