I agree. He is dangerous, but the D is really doing a good job of slowing the run game of opponents and cutting down the cutbacks. The LB crew to me has been a force. JoJo is everywhere.

Difference has been, our backers, safeties et all arent getting caught up in the wash, and pushing the backs towards other players,or, are themselves making the plays.
We are seeing some brush by runs, but that too slows down the rusher,allowing for others to clean up, but unfortunately, after a gain, but isnt really sustainable.

Does anyone else think they way they ask questions in these pressers is just plain weird. It wasn’t asked this way, but here’s an example of a question it feels like, “Coach, did Adrian have a good game knowing he went 23/30 passing for over two hundred yards and no interceptions?” It’s like they provide the answer in the question. If I was Scott for some of these questions would just say, “uh yeah sure, sounds like a good answer.” Lol, maybe it’s just me I guess.

Hoping to see:
- Strong run defense against a better running team than Purdue. Should be a good measuring stick for our defense
- 3 drives like we saw at the start of the second half. That was really fun to watch them march down the field
- Fewer penalties
I get the sentiment, but getting two wins in a row should be the focus right now. Put all focus on this weekend and nothing more.

We just came off that PSU win with the Illini debacle, this team lives for the now at this point.
