Funny my wife makes 52000 as a teacher. Maybe tell her to pick up extra duties or take more schooling or wait a little bit cause the pay raises every year and she moves on the pay scale every year.

Where is she teaching? If she is selective about where she chooses to live, there are parts of California where she can earn $55K plus to start and have a very satisfactory cost of living...in my area, Twentynine Palms, Yucca Valley. With an MS, she can earn considerably more in a very short period of time.
Most of the results didn't surprise me, but the way in which the premium seating was presented feels skewed.
They asked if you'd be interested in different types of premium seating, and I (along with others) expressed initial interest. When they got to the part about what it would cost, my interest immediately evaporated. I understand that stuff isn't cheap, but the kind of money they were asking for seemed pretty outrageous. I don't know what "premium seating" costs in other college football stadiums, but Nebraska should tread carefully and not misread the initial interest as a willingness to actually shell out the median income for an American for the privilege of having a cup holder.
