I marinated some ribeyes for dinner last night in this mixture. I think that overnight would have been better, but I wanted to try it out at 4 hours first. Next time the meat will marinate longer.
3 limes, juice and zest
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp pepper
1/ cup water
8 cloves garlic, minced
Cilantro, 1 bunch, chopped
The lime came through more than anything else. I might also up the amount of balsamic vinegar next time. Enjoy!
