I have no idea what to expect from Hoiberg's team this season. Until 2 weeks ago, I thought Frost's extension would pay off and that Hoiberg's was just delaying the inevitable. Maybe it will invert and the basketball team will be competitive.

There has been remarkably little oxygen in the room for the media to report on the basketball team. That's a blessing for Fred. But it also leaves us with no idea what his plan is for turning things around.
