MBB GAME #25 (16-8)(6-7) Nebraska vs (8-15)(3-9) Michigan @ PBA BTN 5:30 PM CT GAME THREAD (PBA SOLD OUT)

Just what the doctor ordered coming off a miserable performance--a struggling team (although coming off a big win) and Nebraska did what they needed to do at home . . . they jumped on them early and never looked back. This wasn't so much a must-win as it was a much needed blowout game. Haven't been too many of those.

Allick with a big game after basically no-showing against Northwestern.

And Matar Drop drains a trey. Good times had by all. Now a much needed break for a week then the home stretch.

Michigan coach Juan Howard is having a very, very bad season. He has not been very successful, and right now he is well below 500. We seem to think he is toast.

It does seem that way. One factor in his favor, his point guard does not travel to away games due to academic reasons and the team is completely different without him. Maybe that gives him enough cover to get another year.

didn't get to see any of this game, was a concert in Omaha. They can sure play good at home, to bad the upcoming tourney's are played at home.

A Must Win Game in my opinion. Team Rankings simulations finally bumped up the chances to make the tournament. The Bracketology page now has us as the fifth team out.

Creeping up. Gained 3% in the simulations. Now in the first four out. Last column is the chance to be at-large (Purdue is 54% likely to be a conference champion and not an at-large, so shows up this list in an odd way).
