After the kicker issues last year, I wouldn't mind if they pick up another in the portal before the season. May not be necessary though...
Pryzstrup (punter) has kick-off experience. Can any of the remaining kickers reach the end-zone on kickoffs?
Pryzstrup
He was in the midst of a redshirt as a backup when the starter went down, so he filled in. He punted for Michigan State against Nebraska in the game in the snow in '18, and he did very well. The 4-game redshirt rule still saved his redshirt. He apparently wasn't happy with a combination of the atmosphere there, potential for earning a scholarship, and some mixed messages with what coaches had told him. The guy ahead of him (Hartbarger) had been expected to graduate after the '18 season, but due to injuries he was expected to receive a 6th year of eligibility for '19, plus Michigan State had recruited an Aussie in the summer of '18 who signed with the '19 class who was expected to take over in '19 (and did), so that scholarship was already taken. Przystup went to Michigan State with the expectation that he'd redshirt in '18, start in '19, and earn a scholarship somewhere along the way, probably sooner than later. When that was no longer likely, he fell back on Frost, who had recruited him when Frost was still at UCF. Bada-boom, bada-bing ... Przystup is at Nebraska.Didn’t Pryzstrup actually start and handle the punting duties at MSU? Still curious as to why he left.

I am probably wrong but didn't the "4 game redshirt" rule start in 2019 and not 2018? Which would mean he burned his redshirt in 2018?He was in the midst of a redshirt as a backup when the starter went down, so he filled in. No, the 4-game redshirt rule went into effect in 2018.I am probably wrong but didn't the "4 game redshirt" rule start in 2019 and not 2018? Which would mean he burned his redshirt in 2018?
EDIT: Wouldn't matter as he would of used his RS last year sitting out his 1st year at NU.
