Matt Campbell at Penn State

I always appreciated what Campbell did at Iowa State. I'm wondering how he will do at Penn State. How is anyone going to post a better record than Solich? Pelini? Franklin?
 
We will find out how good the BIG 12 was considering he took a large group of starters with him from ISU. If it works he will look like a genius but if they struggle even this first year he will hear the fans and donors in his ears and head very loudly.

Well, in 2025, ISU did beat Iowa, and Iowa did beat Penn State, so...:mr:
 
According to my colleague who lives in College Station, the vibe around there is reasonable-ish and not expecting a playoff season. (Easy to say in preseason, a bit harder when watching it on the field, as we know too well.) Also they are apparently talking about doing a “Stripe Out” for the first game of the season, against Marshall.

I too am quite curious how MC does at PSU.
