It’s not about success. It’s about your mantra of failure. Give me a single example of a position change failure where that particular player went backwards. I’m not talking about your “opinion” as we already know how you like to portray that. I want a solid example. Right now you have pretty much declared this change as a failure.

Post #54 I listed players at NU that had position changes over the last 10 years.

The definition of backwards or failure is simply an opinion. You decide whether these changes resulted in forward, backwards or failure. I would suggest that vast majority were not extremely successful but that is for others to determine.

To be clear my “opinion” is position changes, especially this late into someone’s career does not have a high success rate. I would rather Markway continue on as TE but that is my opinion. I’m sorry if you believe that to be a negative take on the situation.

Potter is listed on the recruiting page as a DE/TE.

He played as a true freshman and spent all four years on defense.

Interestingly he played in the NFL 4 years as a tight end.

I remember people saying he was a better TE. I do recall him blocking some kicks.

I most remember him deflecting the Pass that Suh intercepted and then ran over the Colorado QB on the way to the endzone
